In a one-on-one session, I help you tap into your own magic that lays waiting to be uncovered.
I work with aspiring writers, artists, entrepreneurs, healers, and creators of all kinds. Basically, those who want to live life in a way that’s in alignment with their deepest, most authentic desires.
In a 60 minute session, I act as the mirror to show you what you already know to be true, and empower you to find the answers and gifts that are within.
Whether you’re wanting to start your own business, find your creative voice, or learn how to move through fear, I’m here to help.
Inspired by the teachings of meditation, Ayurveda, yoga, Reiki, nature, and my own experience as a creative and spiritual seeker, I offer holistic tools to help you step into your most heart-felt expression.
“Riley gives you space to stay connected to your truth, while providing encouragement and guidance to truly support you.”

How this practice came to be…
Since my late teens, I oscillated between experiencing anxiety and depression. My first thought when these states would arise would be, ‘How can I fix it?” followed by “How can I run away from this feeling?”
I believed that anxiety and depression were sicknesses, signs of weakness.
I thought there was something wrong with me, rather than the system I was a part of that said my inner world had to be steady, constant, unchanging — everyday.
I thought there was something wrong with me, rather than my disconnection from my feminine essence; my cycle; my inner teacher; my creativity; my words; Mother Earth.
Something deep in me knew that I was whole inside; that I just needed to remember.
So, I went on a journey.

For nearly seven years, I lived and travelled all over the world, driven by my fascination for the human experience. I knew that western medicine had a time and place, but I was eager to learn the healing systems that came before it. I wanted to understand how to live in a way that honoured both our inner and outer nature, because I knew that to be emotionally, physically, and spiritually healthy and vital, we have to be in interconnectedness.
So I deepened my yoga practice and learned how to teach in Thailand. I traveled to India to study Ayurveda, the world’s oldest healing system dating back 5,000 years. I learned massage, Reiki, and energy work in the Himalayas. I did Tai Chi in Shanghai. I stayed with Mongolian nomads to experience living in direct connection with the land. I worked with healers, shamans, and teachers from all walks of life.

And I did a whooooole lot of deep work on my subconscious and nervous system to be able to access my well of creativity in a one-on-one setting, like this.
Each healing modality I’ve learned has taught me that we are all part of nature, because we ARE nature. We are interconnected. We are whole. We are innately creative.
We’ve simply forgotten.
I created this one-on-one practice because my wish for you is to remember:
Anxiety isn’t wrong, it is a signal that shows you what you don’t want to feel. What you are avoiding. What no longer feels in alignment. Your beautiful sensitivity.
Depression isn’t wrong, it’s helping you to pay attention. It’s showing you your grief for the collective suffering. The pain of having an open heart.
Anger isn’t wrong, it’s asking to be paid attention to. Transformed. Turned into intentional action.
Sadness isn’t wrong, it’s showing you what you long for. What’s missing. What would help you feel part of the whole.
And the moment you connect with nature, you remember that you’re part of its interconnectedness. You remember that nothing blooms year round, and like Earth, we each have seasons of grief, stillness, growth, and transformation. You remember that our inner and outer worlds are not separate; what’s in here is out there, and what’s out there is in here. You remember how to live in a way that not only serves yourself, but the community and environment around you. You learn that your creativity is your most potent life force energy; the thing that feeds you, nourishes you, and helps others tap into theirs, too.

I acknowledge the IMMENSE privilege I’ve had in learning these modalities. I honour the roots in which they originated, and I am grateful for the teachers and places in which I learned.
